C.E. Minniefield Independent Provider Service is a company that provides various services to individuals with developmental disabilities, contracted under DODD (Department of Developmental Disabilites). Currently I am open in providing services in Lucas County, Sandusky County and Wood County. The services that I provide are Career Planning, HPC (Home Personal Care) Participant Direct HPC and Money Management and HPC transportation. I am also certified under OOD
(Opportunities for Ohioans With Disabilities) to provide Pre-ETS (Employment Transition Services). The services I provide with Pre-ETS include, Work Based Learning Curriculum amd Job Exploration Counseling.

I have enjoyed working with individuals with developmental disabilities for a number of years. It is rewarding for me to be able to assist individuals in making their life better so that they are able to have a normal life like the rest of us. I know first hand that many of the individuals in this population are quite intelligent and very fun to be around. One of my joys is simply enjoying there company and seeing them happy. All of the services that I provide give support and enhancement of the life of the individuals that I serve.

I provide HPC and Participant Directed HPC. These services include taking individuals grocery shopping, assisting them with daily living skills, home care and taking them out in the community for various outings.

The Career Planning services that I provide include, Career Exploration, Job Coaching, Job Development, Career Discovery, Self Employment Supports
Individualized Employment Support
Individualized Employment Support
The Individualized Employment Support services that I provide personal job coaching on the individual job site and any training that the individual may need in order to be successful on his or her place of employment.
