Minniefield Independent Provider Service is a company that provides various services to individuals with developmental disabilities, contracted under DODD (Department of Developmental Disabilites). Currently I am open in providing services in Lucas County, Sandusky County and Wood County. The services that I provide are Career Planning, HPC (Home Personal Care) Participant Direct HPC and Money Management and HPC transportation. I am also certified under OOD
(Opportunities for Ohioans With Disabilities) to provide Pre-ETS (Employment Transition Services). The services I provide with Pre-ETS include, Work Based Learning Curriculum amd Job Exploration Counseling.
